I weight 205 and I am 5'7. I do not look like I weight that much. My friends don't believe when I say I do. I do have a big butt and thighs. I would like to drop to 160 or165. I like to eat and I do not know when to stop. Can someone please tell me what to do

That sounds pretty easy. I lost 20 pounds in two months by drinking water, walking 2 miles a day, and watching what I ate. I didn't eat healthy foods like apples and salads and stuff, I still had pizza but I just cut out how much I ate. Like I usually ate two slices of pizza or two hot dogs but I started eating just 1. Since your young I'm guessing you shouldn't have problems with your metabolism like adults might. So it makes it a little easier. I don't think 20 pounds in two months was too much at all, some people might say it is but it literally just fell off of me without having to do a lot. Just start out by walking maybe half a mile a day and gradually go up to whats comfortable with you. Stick with water...soda is a big no no. I learned that's actually where a lot of my weight gain was coming from. Also stay away from sweets. I'm not saying you can never have chocolate again. You can treat yourself at the end of the week with a Snickers. Good luck :)

obviously, portion control. you have to discipline yourself girlfriend, no one is going to do it for you. Weigh and measure your portions until you know what 3oz of meat looks like, until you know what 1/2 cup of veggies looks like and so forth. Keep your calorie intake to 1200 cals a day and get out there and walk non-stop for thirty minutes every day. If you do this consistantly, you can lose the weight you want to lose by March.

food: it doesn't matter how much you eat, but WHAT you eat. stick to healthy things - fruit, vegetables, fish, rice. refrain from junk!

exercise: do some form of rigorous exercise for at least one hour per day. try a jog in the morning, sit ups when you wake up, a quick routine before sleep. join a gym or aerobics class.

sleep: get at least 8 hours of uninterrupted sleep a day. it depends on your age mostly.

water: at least 2 liters a day. bring a water bottle with you wherever you go.
