Absolutely right! I just hope there is a sequel. I read somewhere that there might be - but featuring Gene Hunt, not Sam Tyler. It may be set in the 80's.
My ex husband was in the Bristol police force in the 70's - 80's and it was exactly like that!
The one liners were just classic!
'Jekyll' was an excellent series too!

Life On Mars ~ plse bring it back as a new series and yes it has been the best thing on TV in years.
Really looking forward to Ashes to Ashes which is the next series. WHEN IS IT ON?
Really love John Simms and watch him in everything he does and I also loved him in Dr Who as the Master.
Love anything else that James Nesbitt does aka 'Murphy's Law'.
The BBC need to spend more money on shows with James Nesbitt and John Simms ~ After all we in the UK are paying are TV Licence!

Excellent show. The final season will be on BBC America in January. There's going to be an American version next year.
