Looking for a pet cricket.What is the longest one can live? and what species?

I need to know because i am looking for a pet cricket, and as far as i've heard they only live five weeks. I would like to know if there are any that live longer.

just get a regular old cricket at a pet store. i dont think they carry different species unless your in china and its the thing to do. i feed them to my mantis and toads. they stink
