Soda has high fructose corn syrup which is an unnatural sweetener that the body doesn't recognize as a sugar so it stores it rather than burn like it would a glucose sugar. So excessive soda, drinks, Gatorade, Sunny D etc.....
leads to fat calories being added on. I stopped drinking soda and over three months I lost ten pounds. I'll drink seltzer with 100% juice ....on the rocks.

1. Soda has excess calories and sodium.
2. Soda has preservatives that our bodies cannot metabolize.
3. No one ever lost an ounce drinking diet soda.
