I'm writing a story for school and wondering if anything like that exists. it's sort of a modern-day romeo-Juliette type thing, and i thought if there was something like that they could connect via that in secret since most other ways can be monitored but if they got one in secret no one would know... thanks in advance!!!

use a WALKIE-TALKIE. There are ONLY TWO sets on a certain frequency and it is private.

This modern day Romeo and Juliette thing has already been done in a terrible movie starring Leonardo Dicaprio, the movie stays extremely true to the playwrites original but modern day elements are added, for example the instruments of death are automatic small arms heald in a manner most common of a modern day rapper.
