Geeeze... LOOK at the underside of the bike, you cannot help but notice a box like shape that will be your crankcase(oil reservoir)... there will be one bolt there, should be at the lowest part of the scooter as it stands on its center stand, this bolt typically has a larger head than anything else near it so it will not be confused with others. You unscrew that bolt (drain plug), and the oil will drain out. On the top side of that same 'box' will be another bolt, most of the time it has a raised bar so you can remove it without a tool, that is where you add the new oil.
