It should not be a matter of which company you like better. You need to find a Realtor you trust and are comfortable with. Century 21 as well as ReMax, Keller Williams and others are actually franchises. A C21 office in one city may be a very good one while it may be terrible in another location. Obviously, a company with name recognition is usually better. One thing I would caution against though is going with a company that isn't a full service brokerage, especially if it is to sell your home You want someone that is going to do everything they can to sell your home, not just put a sign in the yard and pray.

I'd go with C-21, but that's only because I am Coldwell Banker, and the same megafirm owns C-21, Coldwell Banker, and ERA.
Other than that, quality of service has nothing to do with franchise name, but of individual agency management.
