All the time... unless there's a camera around. I'm such a photo-whore. Show me a camera and no matter how pissed off I am, I smile.

yeah and i hate it. i'm not depressed. but sometimes when i get really hyper and laugh a lot..... 5 minutes later.... smiling is a tiring job lol.

yes, very often, especially when things have gone as wrong as they have in my life and relationships. but i cant help but smile when i see my 8 month old daughter, i love her to death

A few times, but that was down to people I don't know any more. When you know what causes it, you can get rid of the cause.

oh yea but i read something one day that said that it takes more muscles to frown than it does to smile so i try to make myself smile even when i don't feel like it..........ok no i don't
