The best way is to get a dual head video card. These are pretty cheap provided you do not want too much video acceleration for games.


Do not get splitter cables. You can only display the same thing on both screens and it messes up the impedance matching of the video cable meaning that you will probably get smearing and ghosting of the image. You can get splitter boxes, but those are as expensive as a new video card and do not allow you the option of extending your desktop across both monitors.

I dont know what type of tower you have but I would see about adding another video card. They are really cheap now a days.

a splitter cable and then you just go into display and tell the computer there is two monitors

you should have a monitor which is having an out put port to another monitor.
