With the right marketing and PR, they can be a success,
unless ICL itself is another wing of BCCI or BCCI bullies them.

i think they are moving in the wrong direction,they are killing the spirit of 10 countries and just bringing the ICL on top of all cricketing nation.
if you don't agree with me, then i think that indian star sachin should also join it.why he is not doing so.....
