Nope, sometimes it's a lot more entertaining if you're not fluent in English. I love Shakira's early English stuff which is all about the size of her breasts.

i don't think so, i am very good with the english language and received high marks in school and can't understand a lot of words used in todays' music especially rap.

songs dont have to be in english to be great or even popular, look at La Bamba or any of Daddy Yankee's stuff, thats popular, not great but hey...

NO you could have someone proof read your languge for you. If you are a good writer, You can write good songs.
