I don't think you would want her's. It's very possible her kidney's are filled with some of the drugs her brother in-law, Roger was caught for selling.

I think she's more interested in helping children in poverty who have flitty if any medical care at all
as opposed to someone who wants to jump in front of the waiting list for kidney donors despite likely not really needing a kidney transplant

She wouldn't share a canteen with anybody no less a kidney but for a price, a friend of their family will pass away and maybe if you vote for her you can have want you need!
Have you noticed alot of the past friends died of lead poisoning?

There's more to it than just "donating".
Her kidney would have to be a good match to your body...and she'd have to know about you in the first place.
Oh, and you would have to actually need a kidney transplant. If you really do need one, why don't you ask her?
