I could say yes and hope no one has read the answers to the last two questions...........but I wouild only be deluding myself. Not each night no, it depends on a few things. I am the type of person who has to spend a while `unwinding` at the end of the day. Sometimes I don`t really gwet the chance ( sorry I don`t allow myself the chance) to fully unwind. Funny thing is when I am in a state of peace and manage some form of meditation I usually ( but not always, ooh how vague am I )get those wonderful `floaty dreams` .

HAHAHA maybe like 5% of the time i fall asleep in a state of peace. Like 70% of the time i cry myself to sleep. 15% of the time im worried about something. The other 10% of the time im not sleeping because im upset about something. I wish i went to sleep in peace every night. Wouldnt that be just wonderful? My life sucks, so i dont see peaceful sleep in my future. But whatever.

if i said yes then i would be lying because i do not.i always have something on my mind before i go to bed about school, my grandma which right now is in the hospital,my grades, the upcoming tests, assignments,as well as any comments that my boyfriend might of said that i would of taken seriously or the wrong way or seriously.i think about my health and how i do not want to be in the hospital as well as becoming a better and wiser person.there are nights when i go to bed clear minded yet those are few especially when i have no worries and after i have taken a shower, had no classes, have done my homework and have had my power yoga as well as pilates class for the day which is about twice weekly.i try to forget all the chaos that has happened inmy life on a day to day basis but even so it is hard and difficult with so many distractions facing us.

i know that it's usually easier for me to go to sleep if i've been crying or sad about something, but i serously can't go to sleep if i am nervous about something... so i suppose that at night time, once i'm about to fall asleep, it's usually the most peaceful time of my day. If by any chance i fall asleep while i'm nervous, i'll probably feel like crap the morning after.
Even if your day has not been peaceful at all, i think that once you enter sleep, it's the most peace you can get... because, it may be just me, but we usually can't sleep on an un-peaceful mind.

Most of the time yes and my nights are much more restful when I am at peace. It's waking up in the night that the specter of my depression and other personal issues come to haunt me. I'm not currently depressed but sometimes in the middle of the night when I wake up to go to the bathroom I get flashes of those long sleepless nights and the horrible thoughts that went through my mind. I usually listen to a geeky computer podcast or maybe a podcast on film reviews and off to sleep I go.

I believe so,although it's hard to tell about the subconscious.
The dreams I remember are all fantasy based and very life
enhancing, and I wake rested with a positive attitude most
of the time. I once wrote some prose about this called
The Portals of Morpheus about entering a dream state
through a one way mirror. It was about the way others
see you and your forming an opinion about yourself
through their eyes only.

No. Usually there is something on my mind that I try to get sorted out before I can get to sleep. I'm never in a state of peace and I can never get to sleep unless I'm like way way way tired.
