My boyfriend and I are doing the whole diet and exercise thing right now. He's trying to get healthy and I'm trying to lose weight and get healthy. My stomach has the most fat in it...and I'd like to get that looking thinner. What are the best exercises to concentrate on the stomach besides crunches?

One thing I try to do is when I'm sitting down such as at the computer is pull the muscles around my stomach in and hold it for a few minutes. Then release and repeat again for a few minutes. My mom said she met someone one time that did this and it helped him lose weight.

I would recommend checking with your doctor for additional suggestions to see what they say.
