He only lived out side of the US for 4 years, from 1967 to 1971 while he was 6 to 10. I hardly think that counts as being "raised in another country". I spent that long in "another country" as well when I was 7 to 11. I hardly have a "foreigners view of America" Heck, I even know that America is not the proper name for our country, it's properly "The United States of America" and commonly shortened to either "The United States" or simply the US or US of A.
"He may turn out to be a closet hater." - Well, at least you are out of the closet.

He was born in Hawaii in 1961. Hawaii became a US state in 1959. So technically according to the Constitution he meets the requirements. But if you're not comfortable with him don't vote for him.
From Article II, Section 1
No person except a natural born citizen, or a citizen of the United States, at the time of the adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the office of President; neither shall any person be eligible to that office who shall not have attained to the age of thirty five years, and been fourteen Years a resident within the United States.

No longer relevant.
He is learning what it's like to be politically turned into a trivia question by the Hillary Clinton campaign juggernaut machine.
She rope-a-doped him and he's staggering.

"My parents shared not only an improbable love, they shared an abiding faith in the possibilities of this nation. They would give me an African name, Barack, or ”blessed,” believing that in a tolerant America your name is no barrier to success. They imagined -- They imagined me going to the best schools in the land, even though they weren’t rich, because in a generous America you don’t have to be rich to achieve your potential."
Yes he is qualified.
