White men's ego and cash cases have not yet
allowed the rise of something you try to classify
as "black culture". African culture was doing well
until the Europeans came. America has no culture
ever since, either. But there's hope despite of you.

Oakland and Harlem is not exactly a sewer.. both have very nice areas. There are parts of Queens and Brooklyn and around the Irish section of Bunker Hill in Boston can be bad when the tourists leave... I could go and on... white parts of Chcago, Little Rock.... but what's the point? You will believe whatever you want to believe since you have a agenda with this type of question.

Harlem is making a comeback and I'll bet you couldn't afford to buy a home there. I've never been to Oakland, Liberia, or Rwanda, so I can't pass judgement.
Can you imagine America without New Orleans? Just think about the history? The Jazz Music? Prior to Hurricane Katrina, it would be tied with Las Vegas as America's number 1 party town.

Atlanta, Georgia or other Carribbean islands besides Jamaica or Haiti. The blacks were just fine until they were enslaved or their countries were taken over by European imperialism. You ARE referring to race because you cannot compare African American culture to African culture. You are lumping the world's blacks together and you are saying that all of their cultures have failed. Try naming one nation that is doing fine now that was ruled by European imperialism and its people were treated like second-class citizens.

Jamaicans seem to be a relaxed, happy-go-lucky, peaceful culture. They have a rich cultural heritage and their own brand of mood-lifting music.
