From the time I was a young boy, I dressed in all the typical costumes, but by the time I was 12, I started dressing as a girl for Halloween or in a girl's costumes. I've been everything from a school girl, cheerleader, girl scout, ballerina, princess, nurse, maid, hooters girl & I still dress-up every Halloween, but now my wife gets to pick which costume I wear & it's always a female costume or sometimes I just dress-up like the girl next door.

I've been Catwoman (from Batman), Medusa, Cleopatra, Little Red Riding Hood, a devil, a clown, a fairy princess, Alice Cooper, the Grim Reaper...

I was a hawaiian girl once, too. It's a fun costume. :)

As a kid, my mother had me go as Little Red Riding Hood, because it was a hooded cloak that fit easily over my red snowsuit.

When I got older, I liked to go as the Headless Horseman. I wore dark pants, put a dark cloak (closed at the neck) on top of my head, and carried a pumpkin under my arm.

When attending theme parties, I have gone as:
- the goddess Freya (superhero)
- Jack Sprat's wife (nursery rhyme)
- Phyllis Schlafly (villain)
