Even with Steven Jackson coming off an injury you must account for the terrible Rams D.
DA vs Rams is a lock...
though Palmer will still throw for 225/1TD/1INT
DA will have 300/3TD/1INT

Steelers are in D-form and the Bengals are an absolute mess in the locker room. Just because Cincinnati put up numbers against the Jets....it Was the Jets that Palmer was lining up against.
DA has been surprisingly solid at QB once he was given the starting job. The St. Louis D is not good, the Browns O will be geared up after the bye week for Edwards and K2 to get serious action....take Anderson.

Start Anderson this week. The Rams are terrible on the defensive side of the ball and the Browns will be able to lob the ball anywhere they want. He'll be good for 300 yards and 2 TDs.

I would say Anderson is the best bet. Cinci has some serious problems and Carson having to try and throw all day against a D that is going to blitz like crazy doesn't look good.

Anderson has the crappy Rams defense but Palmer is gonna light it up in a high scoring game.
