When I was 19 I lost my virginity and my friends thought I would never lose it because they lost theirs when they were 15-16.

You should be proud of yourself, i wish most kids were like you these days. i wish i waited, i lost mine when i was very young, i wish i had of waited till i found that special someone it would of been more special. But i gave in to peer pressure. xx

Stop worring about age. Idealy you should be thinking responsively. Protection against disease and pregnancy, but what about what happens if you get a disease anyway or pregnant? Will you be prepared for those cases. Will you be able to handle them? Also, usually your first time you tend to remember forever and you tend to try to hold on to that person even if the relationship doesn't work for either of you or is absolutely bad for you. So, that is why people always say you should wait with your first, to make sure you have a working relationship and you can get along, so you don't try to hold on if your relationship doesn't work.

There is no set age limit. You have to be ready on your own time, whether you are 19 or 30!
The longer you wait the better I think!

It is best to wait until you can deal with it emotionally and financially before you think about losing your virginity. It is not always wise to follow what your friends do.

There is no certain time. The only way you know that you want to lose your virginity to someone is that you know that they are not using you for sex. They have to love you and care for you, so that you don't humiliate yourself. :)

The correct age is when you are physically and mentally ready for it.
Most people aren't, but do it anyway...
When your friends did, has nothing to do with you....
