yahoo news today, has a story of a man convicted for urinating on and laughing at a disabled woman as she lay dying on the street with a head injury. this was no kid either it was a grown man, who filmed the dying woman on his mobile phone as he and his mates laughed and joked and basically abused her as she died...why is this happening for gods sake??

This behavior is as old as life it's self the only way I can wrap my Heart around this is to know that because of this I understand and cherish the Good in the world

This story was on here weeks and weeks ago. It is the actions of one man and does not indicate a general change in behaviour.

I don't know what is happening to the world but I do know that if it was a minority in the US, everyone in North America would know about it. Its sort of funny how media portrays certain people.
I'm willing to bet most people won't even know that this even happened.

It's a sad world we r living in , that guy should be locked up..period , but will prob out soon..overcrowded prisons etc his "mates" should go to nick as well ...bloody mongrels they are .

people are sick - they have always been sick (just read a lot of history if you don't believe me). I can't even read the news anymore because I get so pissed off

that doesn't affect the world, but i can understand your feelings, that was disgraceful behaviour and he should have got more than 3 years.
