Why do you call it dirty Santa? Unisex usually ends up with food or drink gifts or gift cards. How about 5 different $5 gift cards for fast food or quick shop gas stations? Gift cards to the movies or for car washes or to rent movies. Cute or funny Christmas ornaments or decorations or CDs. If you are in cold climate, window scraper, de icier, car blanket. Board game that's fun to play. I always try to make sure that whatever I give gets used and isn't just silly or funny.
