I presume that he/she has his/her e-mail & IM as "private", so you can't ask him/her, but there is another way: If you have communicated with this person in the past, then it is likely that your Q&A cross each other's paths, so leave a little "P.S." at the end of your Q&A asking why he/she blocked you.
Having said that, given your "detail" info, is it possible that he/she thought you were being too glib, too often? Of course, it's possible that he/she blocked you by accident.
Regardless, I guarantee that you are going to be snubbed by many folks during your life, and you shouldn't take it personally: some folks have valid reasons for not wanting to associate with or contact you, while others are just jerks! ;)
