The basic tools you need in life are:
1) Research - an ever-increasing desire to find out about everything.
2) A Gun - so that you can always protect yourself when you're caught looking around at stuff that other people don't want you learning about.
3) Duct Tape - because it'll come in most handy when the research and gun don't work.

Confidence
and a I can do this no matter what anyone says attitude!

to important tools are
1. good communications skills b/c this can minimize alot of problems due to misinterpretations of situations and helps resovle many of life's problems effectively.
2. empathy is needed to understand others, which can in turn help you deal with how they affect you in life. possibly not take things too personally and be more tollerant and patient with others. It will also help you to count your blessings.
