If you were born in 1994 before Oct 26, being 13 is normal.
If you are only 14" tall, that is not.
Being 13 and not able to spell the word that.... Definitely not.

Saying you have a 14 inch penis on Yahoo Answers is code for, "My penis is 2 inches long and I'm scared it'll never grow".
It's okay, I've seen it on here before so you are NOT alone.
At 16, hopefully it'll still grow at least another inch, that'd make you 3 inches long.
If you make it to 3" then you should follow the Yahoo Answers code and say you have an 8" penis....
