They fly up towards the ceiling and at the last moment they do a half roll and land in the normal way. Forgetting to do a half roll can result in one hell of a head ache

They fly towards the ceiling they hold up their front legs, there feet grip and the momentum swings up their bodies and they then grip with their other feet.
There was a science programme on and they did a slow motion film showing how they do that

have you ever actually seen a fly land on the ceiling?. praps they climb up the wall or pendant. either that or they use their sucky tounge as they go past 0-0
