Do you think there's a circumstantial link between the three?

Senseless violence angers me the most. It also finds place as a dubiously common element among all three circumstances - racism, poverty and infidelity.

Every 'bad' thing we do, or which happens to us, is an expression of fear. Both the perpetrator and the victim suffer it in equal measure - which is why it's so devastatingly brutal and shockingly affecting. It's brings out those hidden emotions deep inside that we only hope we wouldn't have to deal with.

As civilized individuals we are disturbed by things we don't understand.

Racism angers me the most among the three. Infidelity is something that someone can ultimately walk away from without too much pain and suffering, poverty is something that someone can ultimately rise above possibly by finding a job or through outside help, however racism can only be stopped if we refuse to partake in it or let it occur around us, we need to step up and stop racism. You would think by now, we would be able to embrace people's differences, instead of breeding hatred.

This qualifies for one of those "Which object doesn't fit" IQ test questions:

Which word least belongs in the group:

a. Racism
b. Poverty
c. Infidelity

Answer: C Infidelity. Infidelity doesn't fit because socioeconomic standing and/or race has nothing to do with having an extramarital affair.

But there is a definitely link between racism and poverty. If a minority group is discriminated against, most members of that group will not have a FAIR chance to succeed economically.

Personally, infidelity anger me the most. Globally, racism angers me the most. As Jesus said, poverty will always be among us. I don' t think there is a link between them although we have always had the three problems with us throughout the centuries and they will be with us until the end of time.

Racism leads to lack of economic opportunity and poverty. Infidelity also does on a personal level. I think racism is the worst here, because the other two may be caused by poor and selfish choices. But a person does not choose to be a victim of racism.
Behind it is the thing that angers me totally, and that is injustice.

i don't see a link between infidelity and racism or poverty.

racism angers me because often times it leads certain groups that are discriminated against to be mired in poverty. Such as the Untouchables of India, the Aboriginals of Australia, the native Africans of South Africa, the Muslims of Paris, and so on. Racism can lead to the systematic killing of some groups. Widespread poverty is often a reflection of either the government's lack of respect for the people or the ruling party's desire for monetary gain at any expense, but it also can be a result of the racist or elitist attitudes of a ruling class, such as the British colonial rulers of 20th century India, or the European colonial rulers of African countries and the Americas (which led to the near genocide of the Native Amercians).

Infidelity. This, typically leads to poverty as the woman (generally speaking) has to support the children on her own and the family finds themselves in greatly diminished circumstances without the second wage earner in the house.

Racism will take care of itself over time with increased contact. It's only been one generation since we've had sweeping changes in the US and we're not going to heal centuries of animosity in less than 50.

Racism. Racism could cause another to go into poverty and being desperately poor, temptation could follow and lead into infidelity.

Poverty. You can always get over racism, and infidelity can always be dealt with, but poverty is a real life issue that will probably never go away.

The link is ignorance.
Ignorance on the part of the government that sets up the laws and support structures for the people it governs.
Ignorance on the part of the people governed in democratic societies, they really do have voices, speak up.
Ignorance on the part of the human species that has not evolved enough to truly understand how precious other people are and that we should all band together to make what was one believed to be impossible - possible.
