I have read this story,(nightmare) Humans should be able to give even a small amount of decency, this ghoul did not have a fibre of it in his body. Thank God the Magistrates used their powers wisely and committed this fiend to a higher Court where he received three years. cases like this are frightening to normal people, you can't even die now and not be ridiculed

I just read this, its appalling behaviour - would he want that done to his mother as she lay dying?
I am glad he has a custodial sentance for this act, though its only 3 years, so the way our crap justice system works he will be out in about 18 months. Not much for spraying her with shaving foam and urinating on her while she lay dying, is it.
As for his 'friends' who filmed it, they should go down with
him. They stood there and did nothing to protect a completely defenceless unconcious woman - they filmed it and probably thought it was all a great laugh.
They should have gone to prison as well.
I just wonder what our society is coming to. Its just unbelieveable.

I am against capital punishment but in this case I am sorely tempted.As vermin go he plumbs the depths.
I would imagine he'll get his inside.
Urinating on this poor woman should be considerd a sexual offence so that he can be placed on the sex offenders register and we can keep track of the horrible little bastard for the rest of his miserable worthless life.

The guy is f**king sick.
I hope his beatings in prison feature on YOUTUBE - now those I would LOVE to see.
I also worry about those people that live in the same street and witnessed these events take place - I would like to see them rounded up and p*ssed on simply for standing by watching.

He got kicked out the army for being a w*nker , what do you expect?
Apparently he did try to revive her at first but when she didn't respond his abuse started. He didn' t realise she was dying...
No wonder he's out of the army the Ugly cretin

I hope his life will come to nothing - I hope he lives a miserable, poor, sad and lonely life. Words can't describe what an asolute monster this man is - how he found a defence lawyer is simply beyond me.

I know it's awful to hear,I mean violating her like that in her last moments,instead of helping her he saw an opportunity to do such a terrible thing to a woman who couldn't even defend herself,may she rest in peace.

The act in itself was sickening but so was the behaviour of his friends that encouraged him and even took moving pictures of him as he did it. I hope he is given a bad time by the other prisoners.

I don't think he is human... and I won't insult the animal kingdom either.. I would vote for anyone who wants to bring back public flogging!!!! ...Way to go!!!!! love and understanding, help and rehabilitation don't seem to work.... what a joke prison is now!!!!
