They would simply spend the money covering ND games on another game. There is plenty of football out there and not enough time slots ... and they would pick on another team who is in a slump.

I agree with the guy above...They wouldn't...Rockne would turn over in his grave and then come back to haunt them...and Lou Holtz would come out of coaching retirement to save them...even though he was sort of forced out at ND...

Come behind closed doors into a Sound Proof room and CELEBRATE. It would be a HUGE party that they wouldn't have to carry that LOUSY team anymore. Then they would come out crying about it and putting on that act.
