time for one rotation = 2pi(rads)/3.5(rads/sec)

= (4/7)pi(rads)(secs/rads) = (4/7)pi secs

= 1.795.. secs

3.5 rad --> 1 sec
2pie rad --> T sec

T = 2pie*1/3.5 = 1.796 sec
