a malaysian join Soyuv TM11 to go up to iss and stayed there for eleven days but the other 2 crews staying at iss for 6 months. Do u think he has enough experience staying in the iss for 11 days only.

He is mainly a doctor. He did enough training as an astronaut to be very useful while he was up in the ISS. To stay on the ISS as part of an expedition crew, he would have had to give up his practice as a doctor for several years. Perhaps he did not want to do that.

Consider the shuttle astronauts at the ISS right now. Some of them are full-time astronauts with years of training, yet only one of them will be staying on the ISS for 6 months. The rest of them will only be there for 2 weeks or less.

Well, yeah. He does have more experience than us normal people because he had gone up to space. But, of course, he doesn't have that much experience as the people who's in the ISS. He can't balance himself that well. But, he still has experience. Just not enough if compared to Robert Gibson, Neil Armstrong and other astronauts.
