If you are using a projector to display then what you can do is go into your PowerPoint and click slide show. You will have a drop down box, then you click set up show. Once you have done that you want to check the box that says "Presented by Speaker (full Screen). Next you want to go to the section that says "Advance Slides" and check the second one or the one that states use timer. When this is done you need to go to the section labeled "multiple monitors". You need to select the drop down box and pick "show slides on Default monitor(monitor 2) Then check the box below that, that shows "shows presenter view". Then you will be able to see how much time you use between each slide.

*** You need to make before you start to right click somewhere on your computer screen click properties, then settings and identify your monitors, your computer will be 1 and your projector will be 2. Hope this has helped.
