there are many ways to fix ur mood
if it was ur friends -- eat something chilly like ice creams and talk to ur younger loved ones at home... and try to listen to soothing and calm music
if it was ur lover -- shout out at him/her then stop talkin to everyone and sit out at a place and analyze the situation and think out the positive and negative things tht went wrong between u both .... ull find ur mood getting better or worse.... if it still is worse then take a few days time...
if it were ur parents -- get out of the house and go to a close friends house and ask him to entertain u ... which in most cases also flops out.. hehe :d..... so better go out alone to a movie or some place cool and lonely...... dont ever argue with parents u can never win with them.. just let time pass and they will follow ur path if they see tht u really will and only follow tht way
if it were anyone else on the roads or some other places
just kick their **** i think ur mood will get a loooot better

talk it out with someone you love. It will subside by the next day, though. It happens from time to time, and just remember people are people, and sometimes can pass their "bad day" on to others. We've all been on the receiving end, and most have probably been on the "giving end", too. Just try to be understanding in your heart that maybe they had a really bad day, and hopefully the injury will soften a bit. But some ppl are just "jerks" inherently, but just dont pass on that cycle of crankiness and you'll be just fine. Smile and try your best to move past it! GL!

Block it out of your mind. Think of all the great things you have and how fortunate you are not to live in a 3rd world county. Stay away from that person if you can and if they are always ruining your mood stay away from them permanently.

close your eyes and imagine someplace nice or someone
you love and try to bring the happy mood back.

If need to smile, I close my eyes and picture a roller rink, with nothing but blind people skating. If that's not something to laugh about, I don't know what is! Haha, and if I'm at work and getting stressed out I just think about people who have to clean out porto-potties for a living, and suddenly my work day doesn't seem so bad.

I'll sit somewhere quiet for a few minutes and cook up a not very nice plan on how i'm gonna pay them back.lol. That usually makes me feel mighty fine. Haa!
