I am going through the 'trying to conceive' questions and answers in hope of getting some answers. However, I seem to have stumbled on what feels like a foreign language?! AF,TTC, D&D etc etc?! Can you guys please educate me :)

TTC- trying to conceive
AF- Aunt Flo (period)
I never saw a D&D

don't worry when I first started out here I were confuse alot also with these abbreviations, don't worry you'll get use to it


BBT- Basal body Themometer
BD- Baby dance (sex)
TWW- Two weeks wait
DH- Dear Husband
BFP- Big Fat Positive
BFN- Big Fat Negative
CM- Cervical Mucus
EWCM- Egg White Cervical Mucus
EPO- Evening Pimrose Oil
Met- Metformin

AF - Aunt Flo...your period.

TTC - trying to conceive

DPO - days past ovulation

TWW/2WW - two week wait (between ovulation and your expected period)

CM - cervical mucus

BD - babydance (have sex)
