Depends how sturdy you want it to be, and if you want a concrete floor.

2"x4" studs should be 16 inches apart, but you could do it "on the cheap" and put 2x3" studs every 24 inches.

If you go to your local building supply or hardware store, they will most likely have plans for sale, with complete materials lists. Also, the larger stores, like Lowe's can help provide the materials lists from your plans.

The plans are a requirement to know how much material you are going to need. There are a lot of ways to put a shed together. You need to decide on what it should look like before anything else.

It largely depends on your choice of materials.

In WOOD, it could take 3.5 sheets of exterior ply for the 14 ft....2 sheets for the 8 ft. ...No less than enough 2 x 4's to frame the structure centering the ply on studs.

With all due respect this is like 8th grade math and planning drawings.

Roof??? What might be your notion? Pitch peaked or single slope???

Floor? What might be your notions?

4 corner studs, framed with footers and headers.

24 inch centers/studs; most especially to attach siding.

Determine a roof style and repeat the wall framing at any pitch you choose.

Flooring: same scenario.

Every 4 x 8 sheet of siding, flooring, roofing needs no less than 3 studs.

Screws/ nails should probably be purchased in bulk containers.
Caulking; roof finishing; paint; can be more directly defined in quantity.
Cost: If you manage even a rough sketch you can determine quantity of various lumber; and both HD and Lowes can price it; even help with loading it.

Please take no offense; but the plan is pretty easy to figure out.

FYI.... I priced the materials to build an 9' X 14' Shed. I saved about $400 by buying a kit from one of the home supply store. 6 Years ago it was going to cost me $1200 for the lumber< i bought the kit for $800..it's fine and it was all cut to size.
