If he's climbing poles, I'd suggest a hard hat or maybe a safety harness.

Do you mean climbing in the polls? To me it looks like he has quite a climb, indeed. I do not think he needs any bullet proof vest. What makes you think he might? If he were to truly gain a lot of public approval, then either most of America would suddenly be moving to the extreme libertarian right or Ron Paul would have moved further left. Neither are very likely to happen.

Isn't climbing "poles" something strippers do? I'd rather my strippers NOT wear bullet proof vests as it tends to void my view of their dirty pillows! All kidding aside, these days, it'd be a good idea for EVERYBODY to wear a bullet proof vest.
I've got one, Florida State Trooper issue. Unlike somepeople, I'm into SAFE SEX! I'm still trying to find a supplier of Full Body condoms like the one Leslie Nielson used in that film, y'know the one!

No for the simple fact that times have changed since the days of Kennedy . First the US President isn't voted on by the people , you should know that . Secondly if he continues to grow the people in power will implement whats known as character assassination remember Howard Dean ? If that fails { which is impossible } the people in power will do what they did in 2000 all over again .
