It changes back & forth from time to time. I believe that's the way it is for just about everyone. I guess your now I feel younger cause I take life way to easily. I'm not sure what you mean on "how are you going to achieve it".

First I will ask this question.... How can we tell how we are suppose to feel at a certain age? We only have others to compare our feelings to. If everyone around us feels older then their age will this make us feel younger or if others around us feel younger then will this make us feel older?
We know we are getting older by the wrinkles on our face and when we can't seem to do what we once could do.
The lines and wrinkles make me feel older but I can still do all that I ever could so this makes me feel younger. People may say I look young for my age but this does not change my thinking.
I know I am going to get old and the only way to stay young is with wisdom. The wisdom to understand the younger generation and to know where they are coming from. The day I stop understanding them is the day I will realize I am old.

i like this question, probably because its on my mind a lot.
i was hoping i'd be one of the first commenters because i know there would be alot of answers for this question and when youre lower, most people dont read them

let's see... i dont think anyone can feel age. If i did i would feel older then i am, just because of maturity, i suppose! I don't get phased by age or gaps between time because the fact is whoever you are, how ever we're talking, we're both here. Whether you die tomorrow, and i never see you again from old age doesn't mean anything because you'll go somewhere that i'm going to too. if you could feel age, besides physically hurt, i don't think life would be as great as it is. People are ageless. You see 80 year olds walking around, like they're 20 again.. why is that? because they're mentally happy and know things in life they never did when they were that young. Some are bitter and hurt, some are happy, some are confused. It's just like younger people, age is just an idea, time is just made up by the romans. today is real

Older. I've always been the "mother" of my group of friends - planning all the details of outings, making sure parents know what is going on, keeping track of everyone so no one gets left behind, having the purse with everything but the kitchen sink, having all the important phone numbers, being the designated driver, etc. Also, I just have, what my mother calls, an "old soul." My preschool teacher told my mom I was 4 going on 30, and I'm still not sure whether that was a compliment or an insult. Either way, I feel I'm more mature and responsible than most people my age (23).

I feel and act much younger than my age (50+). I'm constantly told that I look much younger than I actually am. I don't have a grey hair on my head (full head of hair).

I am still very active physically and mentally. Think nothing of walking 6-7 miles to my destination, and back. Sometimes I feel like I can run a marathon.

My goal is to reach 90. So I still plan on writing a good novel and making a killing in the stock market. I graduated from college in 1984 but am still taking courses to improve my knowledge of life, finance, and computers.

AngelBabe - once you've reached a certain age (like gone past the half century mark . . . ) you've learned that age is just another number! You can allow it to influence your way of living by being bothered about it, or simply accept the anomolies that goes along with that number . . . My Dad used to say: "You are only as young as you feel!" which explains this well. You an be young in years - yet old in actions; or older in years, yet young at heart - the choice is yours! The first is a negative view, the second very positive! I prefer positivity!

Younger, a lot younger.
I am age 55. I "feel" age 35. Sometimes I have the same feelings I felt when I was age 7! Excitement, nervous-energy.
I feel this way ENTIRELY due to a daily schedule of stretching, aerobics, light weight liftng.
For 22 years, I have been weightliftng. Over the years I added change in eating, then aerobics, then stretching, to my daily schedule. I feel FANTASTIC. I get a physical every 3 months, thanks to great insurance, and all my physicals are amazingly great!
I really get EXCITED about growing 60, 70, and older. Every year I get stronger and bigger.

I feel so much older than my age, but then again, I always have. I have experienced more in my lifetime than most people, so have had a chance to gain some more wisdom points along the way.

Younger. I seem to be doing lots of things that I did when I was 10 or so. It's like a rebirth, a chance to go back and re-experience unfinished business. I tutor little humans and it keeps me very young.
