Why is Ozzy the only person with writing credits on "Bark At the Moon" album?

Why is Ozzy the only person with writing credits on "Bark At the Moon" album?

Initially, they were all credited Ozzy Osbourne/Jake E Lee but recent versions say all songs by Osbourne. Did he buy Jake out? And of course where is Bob Daisley's credit for lyrics?
