One complete revolution of a pulley is:
1 revolution = 2πr
Larger pulley:
(24cm/sec)(1 revolution/2π8cm)(2πradians/1 revolution) = 3radians/sec
Smaller pulley:
(24cm/sec)(1 revolution/2π6cm)(2πradians/1 revolution) = 4radians/sec
If you want degrees per second, multiply the answers by 180 and divide by 2π.
