can anyone figure this one out?

gary can hike on level ground 3 miles an hour faster than he can on uphill terrain. Yesterday, he hiked 34 miles, spending 2 hrs. on level ground and 5 hrs. on uphill terrain. find his average speed on level ground.

Gary hiked 14 miles on level ground, and 20 miles on uphill terrain. His rate on level ground was 7 mph, his rate on the uphill terrain was 4 mph.
