λ = 635nm = 635x10^-9 m
then
c = λƒ............(see textbook)
so
ƒ = c/λ = (3x10^8) / (635x10^-9) = 4.72 x 10^14 Hz

easy
frequency = speed of light/ wavelength

speed of light 3*10^8 m/s wavelength = 635*10^-9

so frequency = 3*10^8/635*10^-9=4.724*10^14 Hz

frequency=speed of light/lambda

f=? Hz
c=3.0x10^8ms-1
Lambda=6.35x10^-7m

f=3.0x10^8/6.35x10^-7
f=4.72x10^14Hz
