A woman I never met was babysitting for the son or my mother in laws co worker. That woman had 2 children when she bagan babysitting him. While watching him she got pregnant 5 times and lost them all between 22 and 35 weeks pregnant. After the 3rd loss my mother in law voulenteered me to watch the boy for a week while the other woman dealt with the loss.At that time I was 26 weeks pregnant with my 4th.I had gone to the doctor the Fri before and everything was great. They scheduled me for a sonogram the following Fri.When I went to that app. my baby had no heart beat. This boy started kindergarden last year. His teacher was 6 months pregnant. At 36 weeks her baby died.I got pregnant again had beautiful baby. The other woman got pregnant again after the boy started school. She had a full term healthy baby. Also the boys mom had 3 miscriages after having him.All of us that lost our babies were given no explanation as to why their hearts stooped beating. The only thing we had in common was that boy??

I wonder if a more scientific explanation would fit. I have heard that some people are better conductors for electrical current. These people tend to find lightbulbs explode when the flip the light switch, etc. I would guess that baby's are very susceptible to this extra current...a high electrical flow from the child might be strong enough to stop a baby's heartbeat.

I doubt very much that this little boy had anything to do with the loss of these babies.

The only way he could be related to them is if he had some sort of contagious disease that would harm an unborn baby, but if anything was passed on to the babies it would have been detected during testing.

It may not seem true, but when something happens to us or someone close to us, we sort of start to notice the same thing happening to others around us a lot more.

For example, you could go out and buy a green dress, when leaving the store you would suddenly notice more people wearing green. Maybe you noticed how many babies died simply because you were in the same situation.

No one knows what causes miscarriages and i know from experience that its a very hard thing to have to go through.

Do you think you might be trying to find reason and/or someone to blame for your babies death?

i really dont know how it could happen but i really thinks its the boy u all was baby sitting. I'm sorry for you loss and the other women. how strange is it that you go near the boy and then the next thing you loose your baby.

Actual if you think about it the only other thing you all had in common was contact with the mother herself...I'm not superstitious and I do not believe in human beings weilding that kind of power...but I'd just steer clear of that family if you can...

The boy isnt the only thing you have in common....You are all women.

The rate of successful pregnancies is not as high as you might think.

Please dont blame a child for natures misgivings.

strange strange strange. I don't possible see how the boy himself could be causing the miscarriages. Any environmental factors? Like him having some sort of illness?

Unless you're drumming up a Halloween story here, yes, absolutely, totally a sad coincidence.
