If I cancal escrow for non performance and the other person refuses to sign it does that mean I can't see property to anyone else, It was suppose to be a 2 wk escrow and its been 5 months

As long as it was in writing that there was a time limit and it's passed, just return his money and move on - you have no further obligation to him.

I would send him a cancellation letter anyway. You should return his money unless you mean earnest money, in which case you are entitled to keep it.

I would ask a good real estate attorney about your rights. Maybe you are entitled to keep the deposit.
