Yes, why? if they owed you money.... don’t you feel embarrass to ask for it (after you already did like 5 times)? When you deserved a rise, and they know it... you don’t fell embarrass to ask for it??? WHY SOME PEOPLE THEY ARE SO CHEAP THAT CAN NOT EVEN PAY YOU WHAT THEY OWED YOU? Why people are so cheap knowing that they are saving a bunch of money with your job but they still wont make it up to you??? why people prefer to loose a friendship over $5.00? tell me why?

Fear of rejection. Is the money that important to you and why? Does friendship come with a price? Some people borrow money, not trying to keep it without paying it back, but they just cannot afford to pay it back. The more our economy worsens, the less the likelyhood of getting money back from a borrower. If the person only owes you $5 and you are canceling a friendship over $5, how cheap are you?

It's not about losing a friendship over $5. It's quite worth it to lose a friend who doesn't even bother to return a favour. It's common sense. You borrow, you give it back. Sometimes we feel ashamed to ask for what WE think we deserve because a part of us thinks that the other party might think we don't deserve it.

It u , u r the one who feel embarrassed , u r the one going easy on people ... people are not angels or Saints , treat people as they treat u ... show ur claws , roar at them to find ur position among them ... Don't be shy and say , ok I will let this go .. U don't let it GO .. U can't take it , so u let go ... i.e. u r forced to let go ... !

Well number one, we fear rejection, just the thoughts that someone will say no or you do not deserve it or somthing that will hurt our feelings. Face it all human resent having our feelings hurt.
