Are anyone's questions not 'private' anymore?

I like returning an answer for an answer but Its hard to find un-private questions. I usually dont want to add contacts without seeing what they ask and answer.

I know that adding them makes it not private but I'm not going to add 'just anyone' just to see what they have to ask.

Unfortunately thing have changed since you have been gone. Too many people were getting violation noitces and account suspensions that people started taking safty measures such as making their q&a's private to protect themselves.

yahoo made us do that cause so many people were getting suspended and getting violation notices that it was the only choice!
