30+, No, real goals there buddy. I'm not exactly concerned with saving up money. What's the point of having money if you can't spend it and enjoy it? It's not like I'm American and need to worry about expensive health care. We're not married yet, but that's our savings. Yes, we're living together, sharing finances without being officially married.

We had $50,000 saved when we bought our house when were 24. We used it for a downpayment and now 1 year later we have $10,000 saved. But most of that will be used for a wedding.

We're pretty good with money though and each already have retirement plans building.

I'm in my 30s and saving has been up and down but we just sold our home for 180K profit.....I will be putting most of that down on a new home but I still consider it "savings".
