What school do you go to? Why are more than 1 teacher afraid of any student? There is a serious problem in the school if a number of teachers are afraid of any student.

Have you really not done anything? Wouldn't it be reasonable that they would likewise be afraid of all the other students too and they haven't done anything? There's more to this than what you are saying obviously.

Two questions for you: 1. What are they doing that makes you think they are afraid of you? 2. What tone of voice do you use to speak to them? Teachers react to voices and body language. We are human -- we tend to like people who are nice to us and dislike people who are rude to us. Do you have a guidance counselor you can ask? Can you (VERY POLITELY!) talk to the teacher about what YOU can do to get along better with her or him?
I am always amused when I hear from parents that their children think I dislike them. Some of the ones I'm toughest on are my absolute favorites.

What makes you think that they are afraid of you? If they are afraid is it because of things that you say or your physical appearance or perhaps threatening actions?
Once you have determined the cause you can take action to correct it.
