I don't think Americans have a corner on the arrogance market. Remember the cartoon riots in Denmark, just because a certain religious founder had a bomb depicted on his head?

Or try being an American in France, and see how much good manners you experience there...

Or have you seen the behavior of young Italian males in the central piazza? Talk about show-offs....

Go to current events and check out Sidney(owner of US corps). If I used him to judge every Englishman I could say they show off. But I know all are not like that and neither are the Americans. Yes we are a proud country and do not have a problem saying so. Just like any citizen of any country does.

Americans have a tendency to think highly of themselves, but then have a problem if any other nation thinks highly of itself.
I'm not labelling any individual American, nor am I saying that by doing this they have become bad people, but yes, they are a bit obsessed that America is so good and great and anyone who doesn't do as it says is bad and evil.

Yes. It's a normal thing. Hopfully only done by the immature of any age.

Children that are raised with an overabundance of money, have a natural arrogance. (in the more mature, it comes across as self confidence) They're used to solving problems with money.

Ppl who have always lived in the US where we have personal freedom, take that freedom for granted and assume that they'll have it anywhere they go. They also assume that everyone has the same freedoms.
