Is this an example of British Humor?
It doesn't seem to be a poll or a survey.
It does seem to be venting by someone who doesn't like Americans.
I'm still trying to figure out how American Army personnel are murdering British subjects as you claim. I hadn't heard we were at war, and if not at war, I don't know how they'd be killing Brits.
