I have to be honest (as i am always). I am very impatient.

But hey, i am young. I will become patient at some point of my life.

Cheers!!!

Yep I too have to be honest.
It's one of my major personality flaws.
One main reason for being impatient is stress.
The more stress I feel, the more likely I will be to react impatiently.
I follow some steps to be patient, which may be helpful to you-
If possible,I remove myself from the situation. If I cannot physically remove myself, then I emotionally remove myself.
Sometimes I back-off, mentally count to ten, and start over.
I slow down my responses. I force myself to speak more slowly and in a lower octave than I might otherwise speak in times of stress.
I reward myself for a patient response to a situation where I might have reacted impatiently in the past. I recognize the effort I have made, and how good it felt to not overreact to a situation.
By learning how to control my impatience, I will enable others to approach me in situations where I would have been unapproachable in the past.
Nevertheless I have been very patient in answering your question.lol

Good luck!

I am patient when my teacher takes a looong time going over the directions of a test---because why rush to it?

Otherwise I am impatient, but I am slightly improving ; ]

I used to be a very patient person but, the older that I get ( not that I'm old), I find that I have less tolerance/patience for certain types of people. But, I have also learned to stay away from mean people and to not let certain things bother/upset me anymore.

Very impatient. I hate nothing more than missing every single traffic light when I'm going somewhere! Some of those things take over 3 minutes to turn green again...

I'm impatient, but I can control it whenever I have a magazine or something. But at the DMV, I am the meanest person. This one guy tried the 'hold my spot' trick on the line. When he got back, I ignored him and didn't let him get back in line. Hey, it saved me 20 minutes.

Many times I am impatient, although I constantly remind myself to see the big picture. It's a struggle for me too:)

Take care.

I am a very patient person.

But there are times when my patience wears very thin and comes very close to breaking.
