I am a patriotic American in that I love my country. That being said, the reason we don't push for changes in Saudi Arabia is because that government represents our interests and is a part of our foothold in the middle east region and oil struggle.
Think about this: How can we support the president of Pakistan, a leader that basically dictates though the power of a military coup when we condemn Fidel Castro and work against him? It's because cuba has nothing to offer the united states with regards to resources or regional influence not to mention the history of human rights violations. Is this always the just way to operate, no, but we are an imperfect nation.

Of course not. The Bushes are close friends with the Saudi Royal family. They hold hands and kiss them on the lips. The Bush's wealth comes from oil so it pays them to remain on good terms with the Saudis. It's all about money.

First of all...the U.S. is not the Dfcato ruler of earth...... We have no right to interfere in the affairs of a sovereign nation. We do not have the right to change another countries leadership simply because we dont like it. .......Havent we learned our lesson about that in Iraq?

They give us oil very very cheap - so they can do as they wish. Until of course the oil runs out, then we must declare war on them.
